I've had and taken care of animals my entire life. Ever since I was 5 years old I wanted to be a veterinarian or work with animals to some capacity. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their animals for many years, and it brings me much joy to do so. There is a special part of my compassion that extends to animals, and I feel deeply connected to them. I'm a very attentive, present, and loving caretaker to all creatures!

Elyse did an amazing job for us with housesitting & pet sitting. She came over a few days before we left, and my finicky pup that normally does not approach strangers immediately went to her, sat down in front of her and let her pet her and give her some love. This was our first time to use Rover and I knew right then and there that we had made the right decision. The vibe was most excellent. We’re so grateful to have found Elyse. She sent pics throughout our getaway, making us feel even better about the arrangement. We will definitely reach out to Elyse again!
Elyse was great. She took care of everything exactly as we had asked. Our dog was delighted by her attention!

I don't currently offer boarding in my home, but I am a respectful and trustworthy guest in yours. I have no problems doing extended stays in your home in order to care for your furry friends.

Let me know if your dog has any special behaviors I should be aware of! Many of my friends have dogs, and if your dog does well socializing with other pups, I’m happy to get them out for a hike with other dogs. If they are aggressive with other dogs please let me know ahead of time!
A typical day
I love to spend lots of my time outdoors, so I’m always happy to take your dog for many hikes and walks! I’m happy to play with their favorite toys with them and cater to what makes them feel the most fulfilled.

I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups and kits! Weekdays and weekends are both generally pretty flexible!
