Elsa was good overall with our pups and cat, but unfortunately was not a good fit long term. Our pups are high energy, which is included in their profiles, but they were too much for Elsa by her own review (I think this was compounded by the fact that our youngest pup was recently neutered, which meant he was out of his normal routine for about 2 weeks). We were happy that she let us know that it wasn't a good fit, so we could find an alternative option for an upcoming trip we had already booked with her. Would recommend her services for low-energy pets, or single pet homes. Additionally, if you would like updates on your pets, make sure to ask, as they were not provided automatically.
