This was the first time we have ever used a service like this. Our 1 year old Chow Chow spent several days at the sitters and we were very pleased. The pictures recieved while gone was just what we needed to see. I would recomend Elora to anyone as a sitter and will definatly reschedule if the need ever arrises again.

Another great stay by Elora. Our boys love her and her sweet dog Dixie! We will definitely be asking her to dog sit again.

A Fun Stay While You're Away!

About this sitter:
I am an NCSU alumnus (Go Wolfpack!) with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. I have been an animal lover since I was born and I absolutely love being a pet sitter. Not only do I get to spend time with wonderful animals, but I
also get to make connections with their owners. I have been fostering shelter dogs (and cats) as well as taking care of client pets for about 10 ...

What Elora would like to know about your dog

I absolutely do not have any breed preferences when it comes to caring for your pets; every animal deserves the best treatment possible! Before sitting for any dog (or cat!), I like to know basic things such as how much/when they eat, where they like to sleep, etc. so that I have an idea of their normal behavior. I also like to know if they have any issues; aggression, medications, certain things they're scared of, allergies, etc. My only restrictions for boarding are that dogs must be house/crate trained and cat-friendly. I will make exceptions for puppies who are still in potty training.

When Elora watches your pet

Our goal is to keep your dogs' routine just the same as it would normally be. We always try to make sure that they are having too much fun with me to be stressed about their parents being gone! We're happy to walk them to the magic spot where they like to poop, let them snuggle under the covers with us, and do anything else that will keep them from getting stressed. We live on a quiet street and my dog Dixie loves having furry friends over.
