Pet care experience
I have had 5 dogs and 1 cat in my lifetime (in addition to chickens!). Taking care of feeding and walking my dogs have always been a part of my daily schedule, along with having housesat and petsat for some family friends on numerous occasions! I love dogs and I love to go on walks, and ever since I moved to college I don’t get to take care of dogs as often. I’d love to watch or play or walk with your dog!

Elodie was so kind and patient with my deaf, half blind, elderly chihuahua. As my little girl got on in age, she become uncomfortable and frightened in unfamiliar settings. It was so comforting to have someone who cared and pampered my little dog in her own surroundings. Highly recommend Elodie for her professionalism and compassion.
Elodie is a responsible young adult who has a great love of animals. She has watched our dog in the past and we, and our dog, have always been happy to have her do so!
Elodie is super-active and loves to walk our dog (who loves long walks and hikes)! She loves all animals and can't wait to get a dog of her own. She is also responsible and mature and a great communicator. LOVE her!!!

I don’t have the capacity to house dogs at my home, but I am very attentive and plan on adhering to any rules and guidelines to keeping pets safe in their own home. At home with my parents, I am used to walking dogs with leashes, ensuring gates and fences are closed off, and making sure all basic (and additional) needs of the pets are met. Food and water (especially) are incredibly important and I have had years of experience making sure my own pets were safe and sound.

I currently work at a flexible full-time job (at CU Boulder), where I make my own schedule. I would love to be able to walk dogs in the mornings or evenings when the temperature is nice!
