I have 4 years experience taking care of my own dog at home. I am now moved out and missing that feeling. I would provide the ultimate care for your dog(s) - going on walks to nearby parks and dog parks, going on drives, and giving treats if allowed. I am very equipped with knowledge and experience to give any dog and dog owner excellent service. You will also receive many pictures and updates while I take care of your dog. I would like to know anything and everything about your dog in order to provide the best service possible for him/her! In my pictures you will see the following things: me, my boyfriend, the previous dog I owned, and pictures of the house I live in. There are many pictures of me featuring a small brown dachshund - her name is Moxie. She was my dog when I still lived at home. I took care of her before I moved out. Now I live with my boyfriend and three other dog lovers but sadly we do not have a dog of our own. My boyfriend is also pictured cuddling Moxie. There are also pictures of my house. Dogs are allowed on all the furniture and even though we don't have a fenced in yard we do have a spacious main floor for dogs to feel comfortable and comfy chairs/couches for them to lay on! Finally, there is a picture of me and my friend Megan with a golden retriever named Manny (whose owner was a teacher at the school). I did a fundraiser for the Terry Fox foundation at school where I set up a photo booth for students to pay a fee and take a picture with Manny. It raised a lot of money and students absolutely loved him. I have a car (Mazda 3) that would be able to comfortably seat 1-2 large dogs at a time. I could drive the car to dog parks and other spacious areas as requested by the owner(s). I currently work part-time as a server in the Byward Market, and my availability may change frequently. However, I update my availability on a weekly basis to keep up with my schedule for work. Because I work in the customer service industry, I know how to make people feel comfortable and safe. This is #1 priority. Of course the safety of your dog is equally as important, you, the owner, must feel confident that I will take excellent care of your dog. Providing excellent customer service is how I will ensure you and your dog feel safe under my care.
