I'm happy to fit in some dog walks around my work and on my days off. I LOVE dogs and own two gorgeous cats so if you need me to drop in and check they are ok, I'm up for that! I have limited knowledge of smaller and more exotic pets but still happy to check on them. I have an online certificate in dog psychology, I have had my own young adult dog (from a puppy) and have dog-sat for friends before. Nothing cheers me up quicker than playing with or stroking a dog or when a cat chooses to sit on your lap. In public, I can't help but approach owners with their dogs to say hello. If you have specific instructions about your pet's care or habits I will remember them

Ellise has been a great care giver to my little Yorkie, Bibianna. I would trust her to always insure her health and safety, and plenty of attention and cuddles.
Ellise has been surrounded by dogs for her whole life and has a great nature with them, is loving and enjoys spending time with them. She has experience with nervous dogs as well as lively friendly dogs, she is great with both. Ellise is a perfect dog sitter and your dog will be safe and content with her.
Ellise walked our puppy teddy and looked after him while we went away on holiday. Teddy loved staying with her and he adores her. We will use Ellise often as we trust her completely and we know teddy is in good hands.

I have a fenced garden and don't have a cat flap so usually I decide whether the environment is okay to let my cats out. There won’t be any hazards lying around and I will be keeping an eye on your pets at all times. I am also careful when walking

I would like to know if they pull on the lead, which words they understand, how often they should be fed, if they have any health conditions, if anything scares them, how they are with other dogs. I love all breeds
A typical day
My dog loved tug of war so I'm always prepared to play that or some fetch. Sometimes if I think the walk has been very stop and start, I will make myself and the dog run the last stretch home for that last burst of energy burning. I like to play with a ball or string toy with cats and make them bounce around to get their exercise
