This is an update to a previous review I left for Elliot. He was providing recurrent walking services for my dog for about 1 month. Things appeared to be going well. However, a few weeks ago, Elliot was supposed to come and walk my dog just one day that week and essentially he never showed up at all. I reached out to him multiple times but he was unresponsive and I never heard from him ever again. Ultimately, this left me in a bind when I returned home from traveling in the middle of the week. My dog has high anxiety and it takes him a bit to warm up to new people, so I really wanted Elliot to work out. Unfortunately, I had to start from scratch in finding a new Rover walker, which was a challenge since I am a front lines healthcare provider. It is also worth noting that with some past walks, Elliot showed up as much as 1.5 hours late based on the specific time I had requested. I do think Elliot is a good walker and he treated my dog well, but now I strongly question his punctuality and reliability and I also didn’t appreciate being ignored and essentially left hanging.

Elliot did a fantastic job of taking care of both Stella, our Pitbul mixie, and the whole house. We felt very comfortable with Stella being in capable, loving hands. We came back to a very happy, calm, and better-trained Stella, and a house that was in better condition than we left it! For the whole week we were away, Elliot updated us via text (with pix) every day to assure us that all was well. We will continue to ask Elliot to take care of both Stella and house when we next go out of town. Great job Elliot!
