I have been taking care of dogs since childhood. Neighbors, friends, family and co-workers have given me the chance to walk, board and pet their furry family members.

Ellie was fantastic. I couldn’t have been happier with how she cared for my dog. She was also very sweet about how anxious I was as an owner and made sure to send me regular pictures and updates. I also really appreciated her honesty with how my dog behaved and, if there was a little cause for concern, how she was handling it. She’s a total pro!
I have a boarder collie mix named Doug who Ellie bordered for 4 nights. Doug and her dog, Humphrey, were best friends by the end of Day 1. Ellie really has a knack for understanding herding breeds! I could tell Doug was well-exercised and he didn't come home with a bunch of energy. I would absolutely recommend Ellie to anyone looking for quality pet care. Doug wants to visit again soon!
Ellie is a trustworthy, caring, and responsible pet caregiver. My 2 mini aussies and cat absolutely adore her and it makes overnight trips a little easier knowing they are in great hands!! She replies to messages in a timely manner, is always on time, and sends cute pup-dates with photos to keep me in the loop. She is just one of those people who instantly connects with animals- I highly recommend her!!

I live next to a lovely (and shaded) walking path, which we use to walk our 2 year old Australian shepherd, Humphrey everyday. We are active and ensure the pups we care for are both mentally and physically cared for while staying with us. Our dog, Humphrey loves furry friends, puppy puzzles and playing catch at the park. We do have an XL crate in our apartment. Depending on your wishes, we are happy to crate your puppy at night or when they need time for a nap, if this is your preference. We have a balcony too, which is a prime spot for your pup to watch squirrels. A day of daycare or boarding with us will be full of walks, play and cuddles.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I can account for and accommodate. I want to ensure your puppy is in the best care, and the more I know about your pup, the better equipped I will be to provide the best possible experience for them.
A typical day
I will make sure your dog is stimulated and cared for both physically and mentally. I walk my aussie at least 3 miles a day, everyday. We go for a morning walk, lunch walk and evening meander around our neighborhood. We love to go on lots of hikes in our area too. When it is hot during the summer months, we take Humphrey to our local dog park and throw a tennis ball around for him around dinner time when it is cooler.

Availability
I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, so I have plenty of time to keep your pup busy! I am available to board Friday-Monday. I am available to take your pup on a walk Tuesday-Thursday between 5:00pm-8:30pm. I am happy to provide daycare Friday-Monday.
