Pet care experience
There is nothing I would rather do than spend time with animals! I cared for my best friend Wrigley for 15 years, I have over three years of experience dog walking and pet sitting for other families, and I am a regular volunteer at the Creature Conservancy, where I have been taking care of over 30 species of animals since 2019. I am gentle, patient, and observant. I believe there is no greater bond than that of an animal and their caretaker. I am a student taking classes at Columbia College Chicago and I live in the Lakeview East / Boystown area, a perfect place to go on walks! 🐾

Ellie stayed at our house for a week and was great with our pets including a high maintenance dog who needed a variety of oral medications. She did an amazing job accomplishing everything I asked and going above and beyond to nurture our dog as well as leave the house clean. Ellie is punctual, caring, great with communication, and trustworthy and I hope to hire her again in the future.
Ellie did an absolutely amazing job watching my dogs. Her kindness and loving manner with them was fantastic. She communicated with me everyday to let me know how they were doing and even sent pictures. She went above and beyond to make them comfortable and feel at home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
My puppy absolutely loved spending time with Ellie while I was away. She took great care of her and sent me pictures while I was away so I can stay up to date on how she was doing. She’s a wonderful home sitter.
Ellie is an animal lover who adores dogs and my dogs have always thought she was one of the best humans they ever encountered! I am certain that she happily takes on all tasks associated with dog sitting and that hiring her will make your four legged best friend happy too. I can’t recommend her any stronger!

I love to play with your pets! I am more than happy to take them around your neighborhood or to the park! I live in an area where there are lots of parks close by and tons of open space for your dogs to get exercise.

Availability
I take classes in the South Loop Wednesdays from 8:30-3:30, and Thursday and Friday mornings from 9:30-12:30. I am sometimes not available on weekends, so please contact me in advance. I am very flexible and I'm willing to devote my time to your pets daily!
