Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals for the majority of my life. I have experience with caring for a wide range of animals, cats, dogs, hamsters, bunnies, as well as a variety of farm animals (chickens, horses, and donkeys). I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personality types, from huge to tiny, chill to reactive. I modify my care based on individual needs. They are always treated with love when under my care. I am experienced with administering various medications, as well as with first aid. I provide basic training while on walks, and will report back any behavioural issues/changes noted during their time with me. I know it’s a big decision to trust someone with your pet, and I always strive to ensure my clients are at ease knowing their fur baby is in great hands with me.

Ellie was really wonderful during the meet and greet stage to make sure we felt comfortable, and was really clear with emphasizing that she would take care of our cat like he was her own - which really put us at ease. Ellie took great care of our cat during booked care visit. She made sure he got his medication and had fun playing. The pictures were great - and Ellie is excellent at communication. Highly recommend!
Ellie did a great job updating us and taking care of our dog Vimy on a few walks. Definitely recommend !

A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood, or in a forest with trails, combined with basic commands and training during the walks to stimulate their mind as well. Stopping to sniff and take in the new sights and smells of the day. It is their walk after all :)

Availability
Weekday walks available within a close drive radius. I work from home so I can accommodate later/earlier walks or visits as needed. Drop in visits and potty breaks available as well. Availability is flexible as needed.
