Ellie looked after our two dogs overnight at our home this weekend. Ellie sent us photos and a video, she reassured us that our dogs were okay and kept us informed about what they had been doing. When we returned home Ellie had put the towels and bedding she had used in the washer, which was very thoughtful of her. We would not hesitate to ask Ellie to look after our precious fur babies again.

We asked Ellie (at short notice) to look after our dogs and hamster, but I particular our Wire Haired German Pointer, while we were on holiday abroad for one week. I was anxious about leaving Waldo with a relative stranger because he is very high energy and is also reactive to other dogs which makes walking him difficult. Ellie reassured us that she could offer Waldo the care that he needed and mentioned that she has a reactive dog herself which was reassuring for us. I cannot express the peace of mind we had when leaving for the airport to know that our dog was staying at home and having someone dedicate their week to looking after him in his own environment. We had regular photographs sent through from Ellie so we never felt unsure as to how Waldo was doing, and when we came back the house was in immaculate order - probably cleaner than when we left! All in all absolutely fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to book Ellie again to care for our pets.
