Hi there! I have cared for dogs and cats since childhood both in my own home and others and have been grateful for the opportunities to care for people’s pets. Every place I’ve lived in has had dogs and cats that I’ve cared for and now, I have a puppy named Raphael in my new home in Pittsburgh. I have done everything from walks to home stays to grooming and enrichment activities. My goal is to make pets feel safe, happy, and have their unique needs met.

I have a friendly and energetic 7 month old puppy named Raphael who I take on walks through the neighborhood and park daily, do training and enrichment activities with daily, and provide a calm and safe space for him to sleep, relax, and play with his toys. With that said, I am committed to giving your pet the appropriate amount of exercise, play, and rest required for them and being aware of their changing needs and environment.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I should account for. I prefer non-aggressive pets but am experienced in walking dogs who are unfriendly to other dogs or people and know how to avoid and handle triggers on walks.
A typical day
I love providing a well rounded visit with your dog and am happy to provide basic training exercises, enrichment activities such as puzzles and games, play time with toys and rough housing, walks around the neighborhood or nearby park, and snuggles and pets when your pet needs some rest. I like to take my dog to the Frick Park dog park as it is a great dog park that allows some free, off-leash time.

Availability
I work from home part time so have plenty of time to spend caring for your pet. I am available most weekdays after 8am and before 5pm. I am not available on weekends at this time.
