I've had a dog since I was born and have always loved dogs. I have been caring for dogs as well as babysitting for over six years. I would love to play and watch your dog in a comfortable environment for them. My goal is to make sure your dog is happy and well taken care of while you're gone. I currently have a rescue dog who came to us with prior abuse so I have experience with animals that may be scared or not as trusting. In addition, I have a medical background and have cared for dogs who have had various medical conditions. This includes working with dogs who have been blind, need medications including pills and injections, working with dogs who wear diapers, have lost their sense of hearing, and who just need a little extra love and attention. I will always treat your pets the way I treat and care for my own. Rest assured your pups are in good hands and my goal is for you to be able to enjoy your trip or obligation without having to worry about your pets and who is caring for them. I’m also happy to send pictures and videos while you’re away ☺️💜

Ellery did an awesome job watching our dog Dakota for a week while we were on vacation. Her medical background seemed very helpful in attending to our dogs multiple health needs including 2 shots/day for diabetes, oral administration of pain medication, eye maintenance and anxiety issues. She was very respectful of our home and provided updates and pictures thru out the week to us. I would highly recommend her!
Ellery is a dog lover and as well as a babysitter and loves both, so dogsitting is a perfect combination of those two things! I can assure you that your dog will be well cared for and loved!

As I mentioned previously, I have a medical background and have worked with dogs who have special needs, require medications, and are seniors. As long as you and I both feel comfortable and I have a clear understanding of what your dog needs, then I know I can provide your pup with the best possible care while you’re away!
A typical day
I love to go on walks, play fetch with the pups, take them to the dog park, or just cuddle on the couch throughout the day. I’m happy to do whatever makes your dog happy based on their age, needs, and usual daily activities. My goal is to provide your dog with the same love, attention, and care you provide them and that I provide my own dogs.

Availability
I’m currently an accelerated nursing student so my schedule varies but I am typically at home most of the time giving me ample time to spend with your pups including lots of cuddles! My schedule changes each semester, which I am more than happy to discuss with you to ensure I have enough time to provide your dogs with the love and attention they need.
