Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Ellen, I am 23, and I am a BSc Zoo Management graduate. I am an animal nerd and I absolutely love all species! I currently work as an Animal Technician at a college working with livestock, small reptiles, and small mammals. I have extensive animal care experience with domestic and exotic animals and have previously volunteered with the RSPCA and various wildlife centres, and recently had a job as a zookeeper. I have also had various clients through pet sitting from cat sitting and dog walking. I have a huge passion for animal care and would love to extend this to you. Animals from cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs, to snakes, lizards, fish, amphibians, birds and invertebrates are all welcome!

I like to arrange a pre-visit to really understand the needs of yourself and your pet. I only walk dogs on lead for the safety of your animal. Necessities such as fresh food and water will always be provided!

It is important to know your animals normal schedule, being away from you can be stressful and keeping things as normal as possible will make it less straining for your animal. Any medication requirements must be discussed in addition to usual walk lengths (dogs), their temperament, behaviour around other animals, and reaction to strangers.
A typical day
All individual animals will require a different approach, for those shy individuals, space will be provided. For loving animals, cuddles will be provided gladly! Dog walking can include fetch, runs, or just a simple walk.

I currently work full time on a farm so am only available overnight, can provide morning visits, and evening visits and walks. I look forward to meeting your loving pets!
