Pet care experience
Hi! I always want to ensure your mind is at ease while away from your pet. Years and years of dog and horse care experience enable me to quickly pick up on animal temperaments and years of practice with dog obedience training allows me to provide calm and loving care to your pet(s). (aka lots of head and belly scratches!) Happy to provide active care! (Going for runs, hikes, going to dog parks, etc.) Available weekends (all hours) and for brisk morning walks on weekdays (6am-7am). Will always provide you with updates and pictures during each visit. My dog Briggs also offers great companionship to other dogs so I am happy to bring him along for walks or house visits, but only if ok with you!

Ellen was great to work with and have watch our goldendoodle! Our dog and hers got along so perfectly. You could tell our dog was totally worn out from all the playtime he got when we got home. Ellen sent tons of updates and pictures of our dog and always kept us in the loop!

I have a fenced in yard and keep the downstairs of my home gated. I also have space indoors for crates if your pet prefers a crate set up for a comfortable place to rest.

Please let me know if your dog has any special care needs. I do have children so I must ask that your dog is kid friendly. Your dog must also be house trained and friendly toward other (male) dogs as I have a male standard poodle at home. He is very friendly :)
A typical day
Your dog will receive lots of attention, frequent walks and play time in our backyard. In the evening, we’ll cuddle and make your dog feel at home :)
