Pet care experience
I have a cat and a dog; I've had my cat for over six years and my dog, Teddy, for three years. He is a Spanish water dog, a unique breed requiring lots of love, training and understanding.

Ellen looked after my cat whilst we attended my sisters wedding for 2 nights. I was sceptical at first as Dora had never been away from us or around other animals. After an hour of dropping her off Ellen completely put my mind at ease sending me a picture of Dora exploring her home which actually really surprised me. At that point I knew she was in good hands if Dora had trusted her that quickly! Ellen is kind, caring, and a fantastic home away from home for pets. Thankyou so much!!
Ellen has been fantastic meeting our senior dog’s needs and as looked after her very well during our holidays. As a senior dog she requires alor of attention and medication and Ellen has gone out of her way accomodating her and us. Tosca gets along really well with her dog and has been more playful and moving again since she has spent time with another dog. We will continue to use Ellen on a regular basis as Tosca is so happy to go to her house.

Any visiting dogs will be treated as if they are my own. I allow them up on the sofa, and they sleep in the living area downstairs. If you prefer a crate for your dog, that is fine; I have the space for you to bring one. Your dog needs to be okay with cats; she will stay out of the way but come downstairs to go out and have her dinner.

A typical day
There are many toys to play with, time for cuddles, and rest by the fire in winter. Playing ball and having lots of stimulation with toys and treats. In the summer the doors are open to the garden so lots of space for them to play and have fun!

Availability
I work from home full time, so can let the dogs out when needed throughout the day. I walk the dogs around 7am and then again at 5pm before their dinner. I go for a walk at lunch to the local park or around the neighbourhood.
