I have a Norwegian Elkhound and a German Shepherd. We have a yard so the dogs do not need to be walked, however they love to play and need a lot of attention! She came to the house and feed them, brushed them and let them out for us. Most important is that she gave them the love and attention they needed during the day as we worked long hours and they were home alone. She has been a great companion for them when we are not around!

Several months ago I was offered a significant career advancement, which would also require me to spend regular business hours working on-site, rather than my home-office. About a month after this transition, my husband elected to change career paths, which again benefitted us financially, but also required regular business hours in the field. Our feelings of excitement for our significant financial increase, however, were quickly replaced with stress about how our 3 dogs would cope with the sudden schedule change(s). Until this point my husband and I were blessed with the ability to essentially make/flex our schedules; therefore the dogs were rarely left alone for more than 3 hour increments. One major initial concern was our pitbull, Whiskey, who is a 90 pound baby and as sweet as can be, but also a breed and size that carries an unfortunate stigma. Well, thankfully for us this was not the case for Ellen. She not only demonstrated zero reservations upon meeting Whiskey; she also recognized his slight separation anxiety (as compared to our other two, smaller dogs) and makes sure to give him extra cuddles. Ellen quickly learned the quirks of all 3 dogs and goes above and beyond to meet each of their unique needs. In addition to providing exceptional dog care, Ellen also completes basic, requested household cleaning tasks to the highest standard. Ellen provides daily feedback regarding the dogs, follows all instructions without error, and is punctual and professional.
