Our dog Ralphie loved Ellen from the moment we did the meet and greet. She sent us daily updates with a photo which really eased my mind. Great sitter, highly recommend. Thank you, Ellen! :)

Ellen P. is the BEST!!! I have two giant dogs - Saint Bernards that are rescues and very needy. From the first glance at Ellen's photo (she with a Saint Bernard), to our first conversation and the entire stay, she was remarkable! She is mature, calm, confident and very loving to our dogs. We were in Mexico for four days and during that time our fire alarm system malfunctioned and kept going off. Each time the firemen and police had to come out and make sure there were no issues. Ellen searched our home for the manual/code, worked with our tech service via telephone and cared for the dogs, esp. during the alarms going off, upsetting the dogs. She worked with our manager to disarm the main circuit. She even stayed extra time because she agreed we didn't want the alarm to go off while the dogs were by themselves in the home. On top of all that, she did light house work and cleaned the guest room she was staying in - all of which not necessary but so awesome nonetheless. Further proving what a professional she is and how blessed we felt having her watching our home and dogs. I highly recommend Ellen P., esp. if you are extra nervous about leaving your dogs and have trouble having fun away worrying the whole time about your dogs and home. Our dogs are rescue and were abused in a previous life and our Henry is extra shy. Ellen won him over and they became cuddle buddies. An amazing accomplishment. Ellen P. is a great person, a loving animal caretaker, and a calm, responsible young lady. We are looking forwarding to our next trip knowing Ellen is in charge.
