Is your dog crate trained / do you provide a crate / is it something your dog will not need? When your dog wants to find a safe space, what do they do / where do they go? A brief summary of your itinerary and how to reach you Vet Contact info Preferred Animal ER contact info (if anything happens) An emergency contact who can make decisions for your pet's medical care if you are unreachable Any spending limits for vet / ER care Anything else that's unique - the more info the better since your pet can't easily communicate with me!

We have a great neighborhood to walk in with lots of other dogs who walk regularly, so there's lots to sniff and learn about! The backyard is small but just the right size to run a little and relax.
