Pet care experience
Hey! I have grown up with a variety of animals and lived with dogs until the age of 18. I have vast experience caring for all breeds and ages of dogs from Irish Wolfhounds to Jack Russell's. I am particularly experienced caring for rescues and dogs with anxiety. I regularly looked after a rescue greyhound with extreme separation anxiety (Jeeves can be spotted in my photo gallery) and have previously fostered for Greyhound Awareness league. I live alone in a spacious 2 bedroom property. My home faces onto Queen’s Park so am in he perfect spot for long park walks! I am very patient, caring and provide lots of cuddles! Ellen met us before our doggy day care visit and Charlie took to her straight away! She was great when we had to rearrange the date due to change in our work schedule. Ellen sent updates throughout the day and made sure Charlie had a lovely long walk even though the weather was rotten! Would not hesitate to book Charlie in with Ellen again. Ellen was the perfect sitter for me and Rupee. She took great care of Rupee and was so accommodating to all of her habits and preferences. I got lots of updates/photos and felt very confident that she was in great hands. I'm not sure Rupee wanted to come home!

Before caring for your pup there’s a few things I’d like to know; whether they are good with children, and other dogs. Don’t worry I am a pet and child free home but for walks it will be great to know so I can make the walk as stress free for your pup as possible. Other than that just tell me what they enjoy! Ear scratches, belly rubs?
A typical day
I live close to the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Park so those are my go to spots, lots of great scents for your pet to explore! If your pup is anxious around other dogs and the parks may seem a little daunting the quiet streets of Hyndland are a great alternative. There are always dog toys on hand in the flat and a fenced garden which is a great spot for a game of fetch.
