I've been a dog mama for a decade to two pit bulls and one lab/shar-pei mix. I understand the anxiety/excitement all dogs feel and am always open to finding out how I can be a great friend to them. Sometimes a scratch behind the ear is all it takes and with others, I understand what it means to hold space for them to come around on their own terms. I have experience in taking care of geriatric dogs and others with disabilities, being mindful of what activities they can do while working to maintain or increase their quality of life. I can do as I'm told, open to conversation, and more than willing to be of help to my fellow dog parents! I understand when life makes it hard to be present for your loved ones and you're never going to hear anything from me about your dogs receiving "too much attention". LOL
