I’ve loved animals my entire life and had many pets over the years from mice, cats, dogs and even a llama and a sheep! I have experience with training puppies as well as dogs with behavioural issues. I believe that effective training includes lots positive reinforcement and love and I don’t use negative reinforcement or punishment with my pets.

Ellen was great with our puppy, she sent regular updates and our dog was sad to leave her! She responded to messages quickly, and worked to maintain our schedule. Our puppy was played out and content when we picked her up! 😊 would book with her again!

Both Ellen and her partner Jeren were a pleasure to deal with. They watched over Suki for 3 nights and 4 days, and she got along great with their dog Rory. We looked forward to receiving Ellen’s daily updates on Suki and her new friends! Due to the time of year with the snow melting Suki found some mud to roll around in, but Ellen kept her clean and even gave her a bath before we arrived to pick her up! They have a nice home with a big yard for the dogs to play in, and they even took Suki out for walks around the neighbourhood. We would highly recommend Ellen and Jeren for your dog sitter and hope to leave Suki with them again!
Ellen is an excellent communicator and provided top-notch service! Would recommend to anyone! We'll be back!

We have a fenced in backyard and a friendly dog name Rory to play with your furry friend. I make dog beds and so have extra around for plenty of comfy sleeping surface This house would be good for your dog if they are social and like other dogs and plenty of love from the two humans who live here.

A typical day
Morning walk, a trip to the dog park if appropriate. Backyard play. I can also offer training if desired. Nap times are on our comfy wool beds. We have a very loving and social dog for your pup to play. We also have a cat who isn’t social but she keeps to her self :)

Availability
I’m lucky enough to work from home, which allows me the time to spend with my own animals for walks, playing during the day. Given that my work schedule is flexible, I can easily accommodate any specific meal times, medication and walk schedules. My partner, Jeren is also loves animals, and when he is home he also helps care for our pets and our guest pets, giving walks, pets and belly rubs.
