Pet care experience
Growing up with a golden retriever started my love for doggos! After years of experience watching dogs and cats for family and friends, I joined Rover in Spring 2023. I do this because spending time with animals adds to my quality of life. Allow me to give you peace of mind while you’re on vaca by watching your pet, knowing they’re in loving hands! (The pup in my photos is my mom’s puppy, Penny. My mom lives alone and I visit multiple times a week, so I consider her half mine!)

I have a quirky dog, that’s first and foremost. Ellen helped watch Luna while I was at my wedding, and did an amazing job handling all of her idiosyncrasies, and we are so thankful!

I make sure your animals are safely wherever they need to be - in a crate, freely roaming with other doors closed, etc. I don’t ever leave food out or within reach of animals.

Let me know if there’a a certain level of activity your dog is used to. Also please let me know of any oral medications they need to take that I can administer with food.
A typical day
I love to go on neighborhood walks or parks with open grassy areas. I also love playing fetch with dogs and a good game of tug of war. Anything to keep a dog active! I have a hatchback vehicle and have taken dogs in my car before, sitting in the front or backseat.

Availability
I work about 35 hours a week, first shift Mon-Fri. I have a couple of bi/weekly committments in the evening, but I always make sure to come home and let out/feed/walk the animals. Daily exercise is easy for me, and trulymy favorite part of dog sitting!
