Ellen was fantastic! She sent frequent picture updates and was very flexible about pick up and drop off times. I will absolutely board with Ellen in the future!

I love dogs more than anything!

Definitely a "crazy dog lady." I believe dogs are the best thing on earth!
My family currently consists of two senior rescue dogs-a pit bull-cattle dog mix-Tiger, and a Bassett Hound mix-Jingles.They're my babies and my best friends. Unfortunately, they don’t play much anymore-they’re both almost 13. If you’re dog needs others to play with my guys aren’t a good fit. They’re mellow & Jingles is the boss ...

What Ellen would like to know about your dog

I like all breeds but I've always adopted based on need. Every dog deserves a home. Any triggers, allergies, quirks, fears, loves would be great. I'm good at understanding and communicating with dogs.

When Ellen watches your pet

It depends on the neighborhood and the dog. I always avoid busy roads. Some dogs like to stay close to home-especially if it's our first walk. If that's the case we'll just keep walking closer to home. Some dogs clearly express what they like to do. I talk to them while we walk and walk at the pace that they like. If we're home I'll play with them and make sure they get all the care and attention they want. Every dog is different.
