I have been a Bay Area dog trainer for the last 20 years (www.doggonegood.org) and over that time have had the opportunity to meet lots of pet sitters, dog walkers and other pet care professionals. Tom and Ellen Konnert easily rank amongst the best I've ever met. They are responsible and caring, following instructions to the letter and always offering a level of service above and beyond what is required. Why? Because they love their jobs and because, being dog owners and lovers themselves, they understand the level of concern we have for our dogs when we leave them in someone else's care. How do I know? Because they have consistently provided that level of care for my own dog. When I go out of town and have to leave my little fellow at home I rest a little easier knowing that Tom and Ellen are taking care of him as well as of my house.
