Pet care experience
Lane & I have been surrounded by animals throughout our whole lives. It brings us so much joy to be around them, bring them on adventures, and give them all the love + attention. We have experience with hard-to-walk, strong dogs like Pitbulls and German Shepards. We have owned a high strung, energetic Golden Doodle and grew up around labs + skittish toy poodles + hunting dogs. Additionally we have experience with adopted dogs, coming from varying backgrounds and traumas. We love getting to know dogs of every shape and size, as we believe they each have a personality all their own! I currently balance a few part time jobs like floristry and serving, so my schedule is very open to accommodate your pets needs. While Lane is an aspiring chef. We work work together to ensure potty breaks, meals, and water are provided accordingly. We care for every pet as if they are our own. Lots of treats, love, and safe playtime outside. We take all instructions that you may provide with the utmost seriousness and take lots of pictures to ensure you feel that your best friend/baby is in the right hands!

Had a wedding in a unfamiliar town, choose Elle based upon her bio. Our dog came home Happy and tired and slept most of the way home, she had been walked, and not stuck in her kennel, this was our 1st time using Rover and was happy with our experience.
Worked with us on last minute schedule revisions. Came home to energized pets, plus a well-brushed dog!
Mac did well here however my husband was about 10 minutes late and I got a message asking if we were still coming. I replied that he was there and couldn't find how to get into the building and she replied that she had left to run to the store and would be back in 10 minutes. He was late for work, she didn't communicate to say hey I need to run to store are you almost here before leaving. Then while he was at work she sent a message that she was called into work and he'd be left with her roommate. Didn't ask if we were comfortable with that, she just sent a text to him while he was at work and he didn't see it until he was out. So we are not sure how long he was left with someone else. I realize it is her roommate and I'm sure it was fine but I use Rover because they clear the sitters and leaving him without permission and with someone who is not cleared made me very uncomfortable. Overall Mac seemed cared for and was fine when we picked him up. In the future I recommend not taking on dogs unless she can stay home or clear it with the owner before leaving.
