I grew up on a farm with tons of animals and have raised many from birth to adulthood! At one point I kept a Shetland Sheepdog, a Collie, and several labs all at once. In the past few years I've used my experience to provide tons of pet sitting and house sitting services to clients in my area, many of which have become like family to me. I've also lived in many housing arrangements that included animals, and often sit for my roommates when they go out of town. In addition to dogs, I've cared for cats, rabbits, ducks, turtles, parakeets, and more. My most memorable experience has been taking care of a giant Great Dane and a tiny Westie in a high-rise apartment for a week. It doesn't get much more exciting than that! When preparing to sit, I always meet with my clients ahead of time and lay out a routine specific to them that includes their dog's individual needs, activity level, dietary requirements, and any extras I may be able to offer.
