Pet care experience
I grew up with cats all my life and have taken care of my dog since I was 9. My dog passed away last year at sixteen years old, so I have lots of experience with senior care. Growing up my parents always relied on me to take care of my dog on my own and I am well aware of all the tricks our furry friends will try! I have had 4 cats to take care of in my life and am used to being around and caring for them. I will provide the same love and care to your pet that I would do all of mine.

Ella was perfect for our 15 yr old dog. She kept us up to date on how she was doing and sent lots of pictures!! Ella is very responsible and so sweet. I highly recommend her!!
Ella was the first dog sitter I'd ever hired, and boy was I lucky! She's a great person, great with animals, and very calm, which is important because I have a highly nervous dog! She came right on time, and there was zero evidence in my home she'd been there, i.e. she's very neat too! Sadie was happy and calm when I returned home. I wish Ella wasn't going back to college soon, but we'll wait patiently for her return!
Ella was wonderful with Casey! She would send us pictures and updates of their time together. Casey looked very relaxed and happy with Ella. We will definitely use her again!
Ella was fantastic. She took amazing care of my dog, Odin. For reference, Odin is a 90 pound German Shepherd. While he is sweet, he can be a brat on leash, and Ella handled him well! He also has a torn ligament in his knee and Ella gave him all his medicines and took him slow walks to get pup cups. I will definitely use Ella in the future!

Living with a senior dog for the last few years of my life, I give my dog the necessary medication, a special diet, and walks every day. I would take my dog on runs and insure she would stay active as well. For my cats, I make sure they have enough food, water, and snacks of course giving them plenty of attention and play time. I will make sure to treat all of your pets with appropriate care and instructions.

It is important to know if your dog has any medical issues or health problems, I need to be aware of. Also, if I will need to feed the dog at a certain time or special diet. Additionally, if the owner would like me to walk with the dog in a certain place or do a specific activity with them. I would be sure to know if the dog is friendly to other dogs or if the dog has any special habits that would influence the way I walk the dog.
A typical day
I would find a park nearby or come to a park closer to my house to walk the dog or let them play. I could play fetch, go on a run with a dog to give them so needed exercise, or simply go on a relaxing with them. I would also talk with the owner before the walk to discuss any special activities or games your dog likes to play!

I am currently on summer break from college working at an internship in the area, so my schedule is very open. I am available both weekdays and weekends and willing to work around all schedules.
