Pet care experience
I have spent up to 20 hours a week with furry friends in the past 2 years. Completing hundreds of dog walks, more than thirty housesits, and a handful of pet boardings. My hands-on experiences have allowed me to provide quality pet care, the ability to spot medical issues/emergencies, and extensive knowledge of training techniques. I able to work with rescue animals with gentleness as I have had experience volunteering at an animal shelter and veterinary hospital. I am great with younger animals that have an ample amount of energy that needs to be let out, I love adventure hikes, runs, and even a beach walk! I also can be a great cuddler for older pets that prefer a slower pace as I have had a senior dog myself. I’d be happy to look after your pets while you’re relaxing on vacation or working hard to care for them!

Ella has walked my Mini Schnauzer, Tikka, many times and Tikka just LOVES her! And I love that when they're on their walks Ella sends me pic's of where they are and the fun they're having. Tikka always comes back from her walks with Ella super happy and tired (and that means she's had a great walk)! Ella is reliable dependable and trustworthy. 5 STAR!!!!
Ella is the only person I trust with my pets, whether she watches them at her house or at mine, I am 100% confident in her and her ability to tend and take care of my beloved pets. My dogs only trust a handful of people and Ella is on the top of their list and mine!
Ella worked for the professional dog walking company I own back when we used to offer pet sitting and boarding as a service. She is trustworthy, a great communicator and will give your pets amazing care! Ella always left the clients home spotless afterwards and gave awesome updates. I never had to worry when I scheduled Ella for a pet sit, I knew the client would be very happy! I am exciting she is now offering services on her own and can provide our community with peace of mind their fur babies are well taken care of while they are away.

During the housesit, you can expect me to: -Leave the home in excellent condition -Send daily updates of the pets! -Communicate with you immediately if any issues arise with the pets and/or the home. -Maintain their daily routine of eating, drinking, exercising, sleeping, and playing. (According to your instructions) -and of course, LOTS OF LOVE AND ATTENTION for your babies!

I would also appreciate knowing their medical history, as well as the contact information for their current medical care providers. This ensures that I am fully prepared to provide care and respond effectively in case of emergencies.
A typical day
During my free time, I love to go on walks, hikes, spend time relaxing in the sun, or take a drip in the ocean! If that's something your pup is into, we can go on lots of adventures together.

Availability
I am currently a third-year student at the University of British Columbia. I will be able to provide potty breaks every 3-4 hours on weekdays, and will be home full-time on holidays & weekends.
