I grew up in a family that loved dogs, from our own Irish Setter and Boarder Collie to my Uncle's French Bulldogs and Grandpa's Dalmatians. I have been walking and caring for high energy dogs all my life, and really enjoy being around them. This summer I am working Wednesday through Friday, but available to care for pets in the evenings and every other day of the week. I am a full time student, so my schedule will change in the fall, but I usually have a lot of free time between classes and work. I am very lucky to live in the North End of Tacoma, which is a super safe place to be outside with dogs. I play on the lacrosse team at my University, so the parks near my house provide great space to play fetch with pets with my lacrosse stick, and I live just a short drive from Point Defiance, which provides great trails for dogs that can handle longer walks. One of my favorite things to do is take a short walk from my house to my University and hang around outside with my friends and their dogs, who absolutely love playing in the open grass. I decided to be a dog sitter because I want a dog of my own but am not at a place in my life to have one full time, so I don't expect to leave your dog alone when they are in my care, and am very excited to look after some great pets!
