Pet care experience
I have worked 1.5 years for a professional pet sitting service in the DC area including daily walks and overnights. Personally I have always had at least one cat or dog in my life until this past year. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. My last pet was an 18 year old cat with diabetes so I am comfortable with providing medicine to pets as long as they are. I am so excited to meet your favorite, furry family member!

I currently live in an apartment with enough room for even a big dog to get around in. There is no yard but we are along the river walk with plenty of trails. There are no other pets in the apartment at this time so if your pet doesn't love other pets they'll be getting my full attention. If the sit is in your home, I will be extremely respectful and treat it better than my own!

Let me know if you're dog is friendly with other dogs and humans so I know what to avoid on walks. If your dog is crate trained or stays in the human bed and their favorite safety blanket toy.
A typical day
I love long walks by the river which could be up to 5 miles depending on how long your buddy likes to go for. We can also play tug of war and fetch at the dog park if you're comfortable.

I am currently working my own hours fully remotely so I'm available anytime during the week from 8 to 3pm and am around most weekends with advanced notice.
