Professional, Loving, In-home Care

Pet care experience

I have been taking care of animals since I was around 9, when my first cat had a litter of 10, and we kept them all! I always looked after the neighborhood strays, as well as was asked by my neighbors to come in and look after their own pets. Everyone assumed I was going to grow up and become a veterinarian.

Elizabeth was so sweet and very welcoming when we dropped off our pup with her. She sent text updates along with photos so that we knew that Marlowe was doing just fine settling in at her home. I would highly recommend her services!

Ellerbe had a great experience staying with Elizabeth. I know our dog loved the yard and having another dog to play with. Elizabeth was communicative about how Ellerbe was doing. She took great care of our sweet dog and we would definitely book again!

Elizabeth was PHENOMENAL!! It really made me happy to know that I was leaving my fur baby in great hands. She sent pictures daily and kept us abreast of our boy’s status while we were out of town. I will definitely be using her in the future!

My home sits on half an acre of land. The back half is fenced in, giving the dog(s) plenty of room to play. I offer several different sized crates available, ready for your pup and their blankie with your smell for your convenience. I have a highly trained, two-year-old chocolate labradoodle named Gideon, ready to welcome all sizes and breeds. He is one of the friendliest and most welcoming dogs, tested and registered with the AKC. Should you wish to board your pet alone, we can arrange to keep them separate.

Information Elizabeth W. would like to know about your pet

Is your sweet pooch allowed to have treats? I like to reward good behavior. Are there any behaviors you would like me to continue with while they are here (not allowed on furniture, etc.)? How many feedings and how much? Any medication?

A typical day

I have tons of toys at my home. My back yard is a dogs Heaven. I am less than 2 miles from Ogden park, which is one of our favorites. The trails and the dog park there is fantastic!

I work from home, so I have an extremely flexible schedule. Even with having my kids 50% of the time, who have also inherited the love for animals. It really doesn't affect my time because they are in school and aftercare. As a writer, I welcome the breaks and need them myself!
