Hi there, I'm Liz! I have owned a dog just about my entire life and love them more than any other creature. I have 10 years of dog-sitting and walking experience and have spent my time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages and have loved every minute of it. I have evening and some daytime availability if your pet needs a walk or some socialization mid-day. I perform other house-sitting tasks while I am at your home and am easily reachable by phone. When I work with new dogs, I prefer to meet them beforehand with you there, just to ensure both you and the pupper are comfortable with me. That initial meeting of course comes at no cost for you. Our family has used Elizabeth's services for our dog over the past eight years, and we'd use no one else, since our pup adores Liz, and we trust her completely. She's slept over our house to avoid disrupting our elderly dog's schedule, collects our mail and newspapers and even sends us doggie photos via text messaging to make us feel better. An avid pet lover, she is devoted and loving and trustworthy. Recently, Liz has administered meds and chemo (in pill form) to our dog, and gently massages her hind quarters to help her mobility (her idea). We recommend her without reservation.

Preferably, it's important for me to know how the dog reacts to new individuals. Just like a child, I want your dog to feel comfortable with me in their space. I'd love to know more about their routine in regard to food and winding down for the day. If they are crate-trained, I'd love to know what your routine is in regard to that as well. In the past, individual clients have given me a rundown of a typical day in the life of the pup, just so I know what is normal for them and so I can ensure they have no disruptions to their life while you aren't at home.
A typical day
If the pup enjoys long runs/hikes I know of quite a few regional parks that are perfect for a long outdoor excursion. Otherwise, I love giving belly rubs and racing around the backyard with these canine-friends.
