Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs, having raised 1 from a puppy and taken in as a rescue. Both of them have always been treated like family, and are the reason for my love of dogs. As they are now both old boys, I know what sort of care and attention elderly dogs need, as well as how to burn off some puppy energy! Whilst I have now moved out of the family home, I still have a lot of time and love to give to dogs, so consider this to be the best of both worlds for me and you as an owner!

Liz is a fabulous dog sitter; she so obviously loves dogs that come to stay with her. It was our first time using an overnight sitter service and the house was well looked after. Liz kept us updated, great communicattor and sent photos to give us peace of mind. Even the cat got a look in. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Liz.
Lizzie would make the perfect dog sitter as she genuinely loves dogs and is very friendly! She has two of her own dogs she looks after and it is obvious that she adores them. Lizzie has also looked after my 2 dogs before (Scruffy and Margo). Margo is from a rescue home so you have to be very soft and attentive with her - Lizzie does just this! I can’t think of a better person to be a dog sitter :)

I live next to a large park that is perfect for getting in a big walk. It is safe and enclosed and used by many dog walker. I am used to calling dogs back, rewarding with treats and have exercised dogs both on and off lead. I am used to dogs being crate trained, and if I am caring for a dog at your property will be comfortable with this. I am also used to having dogs who love to snooze on the sofa with you whilst you watch some TV.
Information Elizabeth T. would like to know about your pet
To make sure your dog is getting exactly what they need, please let me know the distance your dog walks usually are, whether they are happy exploring more uneven territory or prefer a leisurely stroll in the park. It would also be helpful to know how they are around other dogs and people so that I am aware before we set out, and whether they are trained to return when called (if you wish for them to be off lead), or any other training they have. I love giving dogs a little treat when they are well behaved out in public. Please let me know if you are happy for me to do so when with them, and if so, whether you would prefer to provide a specific treat or are happy for me to provide these (will also be dog friendly!).
A typical day
I have plenty of open space around me so that the dogs can run and chase balls to their heart's content (who doesn't love a good game of fetch!). I also have a large common available on my doorstep, meaning that the more adventurous dogs can go an an adventure.

Availability
I do work full time through the week, but have the flexibility of being able to work from home when required. I am also available on weekends and evenings. I will even try and get in an early morning walk if required!
