I’ve been a veterinary technician for 12 years and currently working in a private practice. I also volunteer locally with tnr programs and Caribbean spay and neuter trips. I have over 20 years dog walking and pet sitting experience. If your canine stays for extended stays in my home they are welcome to come to work with me at the hospital. They will not be kept in a crate but in a comfortable office with me other staff. My home is a 3 bedroom house with a full basement. There are 4-5 steps to get into and out of my home (can prove to be difficult for older pets but I don’t mind assisting). Currently in our home is 3 cats (Bear, Chessie and Chewy), two young boys (John, 4, and Ben, 2) and one snake. My boys have been raised around dogs since they were born and have respect for canines and their personal space. No touching when eating, sleeping or playing with their bones or toys. My husband name is David who also does ocassionally help out with walks, feeding and snuggling our in home canine visitors. I enjoy walking furkids early mornings and late evenings for dropins.
