Pet care experience
Growing up, I began a strong bond with animals that continues today. My family was fortunate to have a variety of pets, from dogs to parakeets and fish. I have experience with larger dogs (German Shepherd, Cane Corso, GSP) and small ones such as my family dog back home, our terrier mix named Gio. I also have experience with senior dogs, as Gio is nearing his 12th birthday! I’m comfortable with dogs who have mobility issues too, since Gio struggles with mobility due to one of his hind legs. As a kid, I would always volunteer to help find any lost pet and took any baby bird that fell out of the tree in our backyard to our nature center. Outside of having pets growing up, I have pet sat for friends and family members. I would love to make your pet feel at home while you’re away!

Elizabeth was so great with our dog Millie! We had such peace of mind while we were gone and received lots of updates and photos.
Elizabeth was great! She frequently provided updates with status and photos of Foxie’s snack breaks playing with the enrichment toys I provided and their neighborhood walk for the pee/potty breaks. Foxie loves going over there to be pampered.

I live in a one-bedroom apartment with my boyfriend, so if pet- sitting during the day or overnight, our home would be best for small or senior dogs. Our neighborhood is very walkable with not too much foot traffic other than on the main streets. I will always have an eye on your dog and will always use their leash outside. I would love to send photos of walks or throughout the day if pet-sitting. There are no other pets or people in our home. We keep our space clutter- free, and most of our electrical cords are tucked away. Our apartment also has an elevator, so if you have a senior dog or one with mobility issues,they would not have to climb any stairs.

Availability
I work mostly from home so I’m available for walks in the morning and afternoons around midday when on lunch. I also have open availability in the evenings. Since I work mainly from home I’m able to watch your furry friend during the day as well. I’m also open to providing overnight care if arranged in advance.
