Pet care as if they were my own!

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Liz and I love all kinds of animals. I grew up with cats and got my first dog when I went to college. She was found as a two year old on the side of the road emaciated. We rescued her and now she's far and happy to hold the couch from blowing away. Since then my parents and I have saved numerous other dogs and cats that have been dumped. I'm now married and living in the San Antonio area with one dog, Vasco, and one cat, Sophia. Husband says I'm cut off. I say for now... Growing up, I helped take care of our cats and also looked after our neighbor's critters when they would go out of town. Since I was about 12, I also worked weekends at a horse barn. I continued to pet sit throughout high school and into college. When I went to college, my parents sold their house in the city and bought land north of Houston. It turned out that we actually knew many neighbors from being in the horse world. I would look after their horses, dogs, and cats while the were out of town and even house sit for them also. A few neighbors had me feed their horses on a daily basis and help with barn chores. There were a few times that feeding and house sitting duties for multiple people over lapped, but managing my time and schedule was no problem. I am comfortable around all types and sizes of animals. I will treat you fur baby like my own because let's face it... these animals are our family! I have experience with basic first aid on animals and also live within 5 miles of 2 vet clinics. While I live in Pleasanton, I work in New Braunfels. This allows me to help over a large area, for things like dropping by to feed and let outside, since im already making the drive. For pets staying with me, pups will have plenty of time in the afternoons the play when we get home from work. Can leave them outside or inside during the day depending on what you want and of course weather. Big back yard with covered patio with fans. Pups will have full run of our pet friendly, one story home. I am able to keep smaller dogs separate from larger dogs if asked. I Will try to keep mimic your pets normal routine as close as possible. I do like to have a meet and greet with our pups prior to boarding to make sure there are no serious issues. Advance notice on sitting is appreciated. Things to bring: - Favorite toy if you want (I have a TON) - Blanket, pillow, or bed with their home scent - Normal food - Collar and leash *Proof of vaccinations required

I have know Elizabeth for many years, she has a big heart and loves all animals. If she could, Elizabeth would take home every stray cat and dog in the country! She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pet care and would be a wonderful pet sitter!!

I have 3 dogs, all rescues, which are my children. 2 are Blue Heeler mixes and one is a Catahoula mix so they are very active dogs. To say I am particular who oversees my animals is an understatement but I am completely at ease when Liz takes care of my kids. She is a loving dog owner which I have personally witnessed on many occasions and treats my kids as her own. I have found Liz to be responsible and will follow all directions I lay out when I need her. I can relax when I know Liz is on the job.

Hi, We have have known Elizabeth Russell for many years. We have horses, dogs and cats. She has looked after all of our animals, and even house sat looking after the animals for weeks at a time. I have full faith in Liz's ability to look after animals and property whilst we are away from home. She is very resourceful and the Anil also all love her.
