I have been around animals my entire life! I took an interest in animal care when our family dog was a senior, and was diagnosed with kidney failure. A little while after she was diagnosed, we got a puppy. She was supposed to be another family dog, she just liked me better. Taking care of a puppy and a senior dog was tough at times, but there was never a dull moment! A while after our senior dog passed away my puppy was diagnosed with a thyroid issue. So giving medication to your pups is not an issue!
