Hello! Our names are Liz and Pasquale. We are both 33 years old. We have had our male Lab/Sharpei mix, Leo, for three years. He will love playing and ganging up on squirrels with your dog. We live in a large home on an acre in Bailey, with a fenced yard and plenty of space to run. Our vet, Crow Hill Veterinary Clinic, is 5 minutes away and can be reached by text any time of the day for emergencies. We are very attentive dog parents and almost never leave our dog at home alone, so yours would be well taken care of! We offer a fenced yard, close access to hiking trails, walks/runs, snuggles, and treats. Leo requires a specialty diet so we are more than happy to implement any diets or restrictions you need. We can't wait to meet your furry companion!

My dog and I love Liz! She is wonderful with my dog, who is a rescue and needs extra TLC. Liz has made sure my dog is well taken care of and happy on walks as well as longer stays when I’ve been out of town. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pup.
Elizabeth has been a lover and excellent caretaker of animals since she was a toddler. Growing up in a family of pet lovers and owners as well as spending considerable time on her grandparents farm, she was feeding animals of all kinds at an early age--cats, dogs, horses, gerbils, chameleons, chickens, etc. She was responsible for walking the family dog and as she matured and became a runner, her dog was often her running companion. Since moving out on her own as an adult, she has chosen to own and financially support a pet or multiple pets. Animals continue to have an important place in her life. She will be responsible and conscientious in caring for your pet. Her education and training as a masters degreed teacher has given her considerable insight into caring and respecting individual differences and accommodating accordingly. I treat my dog like the actual king he is. Leo is my best bud and I would do anything for him. Dogs are the most loyal creatures I've ever known and deserve the world from humans. I love being around all animals. I grew up with dogs and cats and have never been without a pet by my side. I've trained our dog Leo, who by all accounts was a complete nut when we first got him. He has learned down, sit, stay and heel. I like to carry training treats with me whenever I walk to reward good behavior. I will care for your pet like I care for mine - with love, attention, and being aware of any health concerns. A happy pup is an active pup, so we are outside playing with other dogs or a tennis ball, or running whenever we can.

Your dog would have to get along with our dog Leo. Leo is a large male dog who is very sweet and non-aggressive. We would need to know about any history of aggression from your dog. Other than that, we can handle anything!
A typical day
Your dog will go on walks or runs with our dog, Leo. We are also working on simple commands like sit, stay, leave it, and heel, and we would be happy to work on these things with your dog if you would like. We love hiking, running, playing in our yard, and trips to PetSmart for some treats and toys.

Pasquale and Liz both work from home. Liz has a very flexible schedule and is available M-F from 9 am - 3 pm for morning and afternoon walks.
