Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Liz and I am a university student here in Hull. I was with my boyfriends dog for the whole of lockdown and I miss walking him a lot. He is a 6!year old viszla/Dalmatian cross. I also previously volunteered at an RSPCA in New Zealand and fed, walked and played with dogs there which I really enjoyed. I would like to walk/look after dogs in my free time between uni. I have always wanted a dog however haven’t been able to, due to parent’s working so often.

I live in a student house with a small garden so would be possible to have a dog around, however walks are probably a better option! If I was looking after a dog in the owner’s home I would treat it as my own and ensure to be careful with the safety of the home and the dog. A typical day
I love playing with dogs and am always happy to give dogs cuddles! There’s a park nearby to my house that would be perfect to walk dogs in!

Availability
I am studying primary teaching at uni and have few lectures per week. I also have a part time flexible job which doesn’t take up much of my time, meaning I have lots of a time for dogs! One thing to note is that I don’t drive so would prefer a dog in walking/biking distance to me!
