Pet care experience
*********************************************UPDATE************************************************ I am not currently active on Rover. Thank you for your interest! ****************************************************************************************************** Hello! I go by Molly. I am a working professional preparing for graduate study, looking to earn some money part-time. I bring both personal and professional caretaking experience. Most of my life I've been surrounded by dogs. Professionally, I worked solo shifts at a dog kennel in which I checked dogs in and out, took down their information (food/medical/other requirements), fed and supplied water to the dogs, let them out at least once every hour (for playtime they were in groups suitable for their various personalities and temperaments), gave them baths upon request, and took pictures for the owners peace of mind. These dogs were all different breeds and sizes, ranging from Alaskan Malamutes and Pitbull mixes to Chihuahuas. I believe this relevant experience as well as my general love for dogs makes me a good candidate to suit your needs!
Reviews
Molly has been amazing. She is punctual, caring towards our dog, sensitive to COVID concerns and precautions, and a great communicator. She had to move our schedule a bit to make it work with her other schedule, but always was on top of it in advance and made sure we reviewed the options and agreed on what works best.
Elizabeth was great and took wonderful care of my two cats while I was away! I would rebook anytime!
We've known Molly for some years, and in that time have seen her interact with our five dogs as she dog-sits them. She connects with each almost instantly, and seems to know exactly what each one needs. Our dogs (especially the big one) became devoted to her! Molly is smart, hard-working, and absolutely reliable. You won't find a more caring, competent, and conscientious dog sitter than Molly.

Safety, trust & environment
As I am unable to have pets in my own home per my rental lease, I would need to travel to your house to dog sit during the day/evening, or overnight. I typically like to get an idea of their routine and follow this. I like to make sure they have plenty of water at all times, and like to encourage a walk at least every hour (if there is a fenced-in backyard, once every half an hour). I tend to take cues from the dog in question, however. They will indicate how they are feeling, and I like to respect that. If there are requests from the owner, I will follow this guideline as well. For example, if they would like me to give them a bath, give them a treat, give medicine (eyedrops, pills, etc), I might write out a schedule for the day to make sure it's followed especially for time-sensitive requests. Finally, I will also leave plenty of time for play!
Information Elizabeth S. would like to know about your pet
Whether they are able to play with other dogs! Some are fine to do this, and for others their owner may prefer this not to happen. Let me know your preference!
A typical day
Dog-sitting is preferable for many people not only because the dog-sitter comes to them, but because their dogs are most comfortable in their home environment. My dog-sitting style involves plenty of bathroom breaks, walks, and play time. I can comply with any special dietary needs, medicine, as well as any other requests. I am just a phone call away if you'd like to check up on your pet!

Availability
I'm currently working remotely for work with the exception of every second Monday where I must be on site. My job is flexible, in that I am able to take breaks in between meetings, which never run more than one hour at a time.
