Pet care experience
Dogs are a wonder. They need time and energy put into them - from time to time, humans also need time and energy away from them. I like helping during those holiday/vacation times. I have dog first aid training and I’m happy to meet your dog's unique needs - no ask is too strange. I'm comfortable saying no. :) If your dog is a good runner, I'm a marathoner and enjoy getting miles in. Weather permitting, we can hike and check out the outdoors if they are up for it. “My little dog – a heartbeat at my feet.” – Edith Wharton “Dogs are better than human beings because they know but do not [tail].” Poet Emily Dickinson “If you don’t have a dog—at least one—there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life.” Artist Vincent van Gogh
Reviews
My dog loved Elizabeth! She was very professional and sweet with my pup.
Elizabeth and Alibi are wonderful. Elizabeth is a dog whisperer and my nervous, shy gentle giant felt so at home with her. I love that my puppy got to have a playdate with Alibi and that she also felt relaxed enough to nap!
Elizabeth always gives my dog a great walk and tires her out!
Elizabeth was great with my dog Sage. Very attentive and easy to work with. She took Sage on a long walk to help wear her out

Routines are worth their weight in gold - I like to keep as close to a feeding and walk schedule as possible. Though your puppy may miss you, they will not miss their usual daily adventures.
Information Elizabeth R. would like to know about your pet
How flexible is their daily schedule? Walks, pee breaks, feedings, etc. What do they love doing? What do they not like? What treats are the best? What gets them excited? What causes them stress? How do you like to be kept informed? Photos, text summaries? What about your dog brings you the most joy? What would you like them to do differently?
A typical day
Living in Seattle means there are a ton of options for play and relaxation. Between walks around the neighborhood, through parks like Mardona, and along the Lk. Wa. beaches there’s so much to do. I also love hiking and long runs - if it’s appropriate for your pup, it can be an option for us!
