Pet care experience
I've taken care of my dogs since I was 14 and have been responsible for walking, feeding, bathing, and bringing them to vet appointments in the absence of my parents when they aren't available.

Elizabeth has been our go-to for a little over a year now! We’ve had the pleasure of having her care for our fur babies on multiple occasions. We have one frenchie and two very shy cats who do not do very well around new people or people in general aside from my boyfriend and I, so we were very shocked but pleased to see how quickly they warmed up to Elizabeth upon first meeting. She is patient, warm, kind, gentle and an all-around amazing caretaker to our fur babies. I cannot recommend her enough

Since I now live in NYC, I no longer live with my dog, Teddy, as he is my family dog back home in Jersey. However, when I was home and when I do visit I frequently provide attention to him by taking out to walk on his usual route, taking out to my yard for a potty break, taking him on car rides, watching tv/movies with him, feeding him, playing with him, bathing him, and making sure he is hydrating especially on hotter days. Overall I think it's important to build a good relationship with any pet and to ensure they are comfortable and tended to. Dogs have feelings too and I love to give them attention and let them know they are cared for.

Let me know if your dog has any specific needs or behaviors I should be aware of. How frequent they go out for a potty break and how they interact with people and other dogs so I'm aware during walks.
A typical day
We will go on walks (weather permitting, walks can be longer or shorter), visit some parks, play some games indoors, relax and watch some tv, and anything else they enjoy doing (every dog is different!)

Availability
I currently work a hybrid full-time role in Media with no requirement to go in office, however, there will be days that I will go in. I am very flexible during the week as long as bookings are set in advance, I'm even open to working remotely at your home if needed! I'm also flexible about stepping out of the office if needed to walk or provide any attention to your lovely dog(s). My weekends are also pretty open if booked in advance. I am very respectful about other people's places and will ensure to clean before leaving. Additionally I would love to invite your dog into my home for boarding if that fits your needs!
