Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have had my own since I was 8! I am detail oriented so I will remember what your dog likes and doesn’t like in care. I know every dog is different; some are more introverted and some are more extroverted and I take that into account! I do have my own dog (a Maltese) back home in MN but I am here for school in Davenport. He is a senior, has seizures, and has to eat special prepared food and I always make sure I put 110% effort in his needs as I would for your own pets (when I lived at home). I love dogs and am deprived of dog cuddles so I think Rover is a great job for me.

Elizabeth did a fantastic job taking care of my elderly rescue, Mollie. She sent photos of each visit and stayed overtime to get Mollie through a loud storm. The next day, she let me know that she moved branches and sticks out of the driveway and brought in my flag pole and flag, which blew off the house. She asked if I would like her to take out my trash, which I found extra sweet. One evening she snapped a photo of a special visitor, a raccoon, making himself comfortable on my deck furniture! I felt sure that Mollie was getting all of the love and attention she needed and safe with Elizabeth watching my home!!

In the clients home, I will be very respectful of your house and help as much as I can to make your loved pet feel comfortable as well! My dog used to have some behavioral issues so I feel like I can read their emotions well from my own experiences.
Information Elizabeth N. would like to know about your pet
I love learning about pets! The more I know, the better care I can provided! I’d love to know how much energy he/she has normally so I know how much I should exercise the dog. It would also be nice to know if I should expect any aggression, seizures, and medical needs/medication of course.
A typical day
I love walking dogs, slow or fast-paced dogs. My own dog is definitely the type to stop and smell the flowers every two steps so I am very patient. I love walking fast paced dogs as well because of the change of pace and l creates a more stimulating walk for both me and the dog!
