I grew up on the Isle of Barra, a small Scottish island in the Western Isles, most people had a dog including my family. We had a border collie who I took hillwalking daily. When I got older I moved to Glasgow and always knew I wanted to have a dog of my own but I lived in a flat. When my partner and I finally moved into a house with a garden and I started working as a freelance website developer we decided to take the opportunity to get Luna, our own border collie. Luna and I go on different adventures every day, sometimes with other doggy friends and never without her beloved ball. Most often we go to Bellahouston Park, Rouken Glen, Pollok Park, Queens Park, Gleniffer Braes and Whitelees Windfarm but we also go to the beach as Luna loves swimming. We like to go for forest walks and to dog friendly coffee shops too. In November 2016 I completed a DogSafeUK Level 2 course in Canine First Aid.
