Pet care experience
Any animal in my care will be looked after to the best of my abilities, even if they are more of the challenging kind! I have experience with dogs big and small, and have loads of experience with reactive and nervous dogs too. I am qualified in: - Pet sitting - Dog walking - Canine first aid - Animal care - Dog grooming I absolutely love all animals, and providing them with the correct care is my number one priority.

Elizabeth looked after a few of my rescue rats while I was away for a few days. She showed great care of my rats as they all came back happy and healthy! I would definitely recommend Elizabeth to anyone who needs a pet of any kind looking after, as she shows great knowledge of animal care and behaviour.
Elizabeth McGuinness was kind enough to offer to look after our pet dog Jasper for 8 days over the summer holidays whilst we were on vacation abroad. She did a fantastic job and Jasper was evidently well looked after, as he hardly wanted to leave Elizabeth’s care on our return! She shows an obvious aptitude for animal care, and we were more than happy with the care and attention she gave to our dog. It can be very worrying leaving a pet for any length of time, but we were filled with confidence by her positive manner, demeanour and her natural affinity with animals.  I can’t recommend Elizabeth highly enough for the course she is about to undertake, and I know she will flourish in this environment that she is obviously comfortable and content in.

I live in an owned house with a decent sized garden which is fully secured with tall fencing, which is ideal for home boarding. Along with that I am able to bathe and groom your dog during the home boarding period if needed! I have access to crates and safe areas for your furry friends aswell if they ever need some time alone. With dog walks and pet sitting, I am flexible to work alongside the owner to agree on which equipment will be used to make sure your animal is safe during their time with me. I do have access to my own leads and equipment, but am happy to use what is provided for me!

A typical day
I believe that all animals should be mentally and physically stimulated. Whether that be going for a walk or playing with toys, to being mentally stimulated by smelling new smells or leaning something new.

Availability
On my days off work, I prioritise my time into looking after animals of all kinds. I am free every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday for home boarding, and am able to do dog walking and pet sitting during most of the week.
