I am very happy with the services Elizabeth provided while we were out of town. She is a very thoughtful, responsible and professional person who gives as much effort and care into the boarding experience that I could have asked for. This was my first Rover experience, and I was very reluctant to give it a go, but I was very assured my pet was in good hands throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her family to any other pet owners. She was more than willing to provide the medical, dietary, grooming and whatever else kind of care I asked of her for my dog. She sent plenty of picture updates along with descriptions of how my dog’s day went. At the end of the boarding stay, I can tell my dog had a great time. I’m very appreciative of her care and I would definitely recommend her to other pet owners.
