Pet care experience
I'm Elizabeth - a cat & dog lover looking to care for pets when owners need some extra help. My partner Bennett and I live in SE Renton with our formal feral feline, Henry, who is featured in my photo. We now have a spacious backyard and the perfect neighborhood for long walks. Growing up, we had two dogs and two cats at any given time - I've been an animal person from a young age and found great joy in playing with our dogs in the backyards, taking them on walks or on a roller blade, belly rubs, or whatever the dog needs to feel loved. Rover is a great way for me to blend my love of animals with providing care during the weekday for busy owners. I'm excited to work with you and your pet(s) to find a daily walk or drop-in routine that keeps them happy.

I have known Elizabeth for many years, and also know that she grew up loving and taking care of multiple dogs. She is one of those true 'dog people' that all dogs - even shy ones - are drawn to. She's responsible and kind, and an excellent athletic walker for pooches that need a fast walk with lots of loving affirmation. She can also be a firm disciplinarian when needed.

A typical day
We have a park nearby if your dog loves to run and fetch. We live near the Soo Creek trail if your dog is more about smells and seeing fenced in farm critters. I love hearing about your routine with your pet and doing my best to create a comfortable environment based on what works for them.

Availability
I am a part-time student at NSCC and am taking classes online during the pandemic. I also have a creative business which I operate out of our backyard studio and have time to take breaks - and care for a pet!
