Beth was my go-to dog sitter. She watched my dog, Bill (a medium sized female mutt), pretty much every week while I was at work for almost 5 years until I moved away from Cincinnati. Her attentiveness, compassion, flexibility, and communication skills truly set her apart as an outstanding dog sitter. Beth was reliable and punctual, arriving promptly for every visit. She understood the importance of maintaining Bill's routine, and I could see that Bill was always excited when it was about time for Beth to show up for her visits. Beth paid close attention to Bills needs. Near the end of my time in Cincinnati, Bill required a special diet, needed medication regularly, and required more walks due to a kidney issue that resulted in her having problems with incontinence. Beth ensured that Bill did not stray from her diet, that she always had the medication, went on more frequent and longer walks, and kept me updated on her condition regularly. After a few months of this special attention Bills condition improved dramatically, and my vet said her lab results improved as well. I don't think I could have accomplished this without the special help I got from Beth. I had a motion activated camera that I used to check on Bill when I was at work. Whenever Beth was watching Bill at my house they were always playing, out for a walk, or Bill was relaxing next to Beth. I could tell that Bill and Beth had an honest and special connection, and that Beth really loves animals. Beth maintained excellent communication, sending me regular updates complete with adorable pictures and videos of Bill that I cherish to this day. Beth also left my house seemingly cleaner than I left it after these visits, and always left the house secure. Beth was also flexible. On one occasion that sticks out to me, my flight was delayed and I could not make it back home to pick up Bill. Beth extended her services on short notice and without hesitation which was so helpful in my time of need. Beth went above and beyond for Bill, and I was honestly never able to find a pet sitter that I enjoyed working with more (I think Bill would say the same). She was also very friendly to me and I enjoyed any correspondence I had with her. I have no doubt that Rover users will want Beth as their go-to pet sitter for dogs and cats alike.

I am Beth's sister. We had many different animals growing up and Beth took care of all of them. I have no doubt that she will care for all animals in a responsible way. Additionally she worked in customer service her whole life. She knows what customer service means and how to treat her customers. Beth is easy going and that's important when she is taking care of animals.
