I'm the right sitter for the job!:D

Pet care experience

I was born and raised on a farm and have been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. I've been trusted by family and friends to feed, clean, and take care of their dogs and cats.

I really approve communication with Elizabeth for her check-ins ! She was kind to my pets at our meet and greet, they were happy and healthy when I returned.

Elizabeth G. was great. Always timely, great walker, always has full updates. She asked great questions and was really interested in making Willow's walks the best possible.

Terrific dog sitter. My dog (and yours) was in good hands.

Responded in a timely manner and was able to help me out on short notice! Great communication and she was comfortable taking care of my high energy, 80lb pup.

Safety, trust & environment

Currently, at my own home, I have a fenced property where I allow my dog to roam free by himself. He does like to dig so I make sure to check or wipe his paws before entering the house so dirt doesn't get everywhere. I will ask questions to understand how the owner takes care of their pet so things go smoothly with the sitting.

Information Elizabeth G. would like to know about your pet

Personality, negative behavioral triggers, motivations, ways to recall the pet (if any), favorite treats, fears, and disinterests, favorite toys or games, activity level, normal schedule, medications (if needing to take any).

A typical day

I'll walk and play with the pets but it's mostly dependent on the owner and the dog's personality. My dog is a hound and he has a heck of a nose so I like to give him treat puzzles and hide kibble to see if he can find it. My previous dog was a greyhound and he'd love to run so I would take him outside and run with him. Some pets I've taken care of weren't so active and preferred to either sunbathe or sit on the couch so I'd join them in that activity.

I am currently working 42 hours/week with my fully open days being Friday and Saturday each week. House sitting, walking, or drop-ins during the week will be dependent on how frequently the pet needs it and if they are ok alone for extended periods of time (ensuring I can check on them before and after work and stay the night as needed).
